Transitions and milestones with which we have helped clients include:

  • Sale of a business;
  • Inheritance from parents;
  • Death of a spouse;
  • Divorce;
  • Retirement;
  • Transfers of wealth and gifting.

Our Process

Our new client process is organized to enable those seeking investment services to learn about us in the course of selecting an investment advisory firm and to initiate services for those who choose us.

  1. Introductory telephone call with Gary Martinelli to exchange high-level information and explore whether what we do “fits” with what you need. Based on this conversation we can schedule an initial meeting and send an introductory package describing investment philosophy, credentials, privacy policy, and fee structure.
  2. Initial meeting with Gary Martinelli to explain what we do in greater depth and address any questions or concerns you have.  We will discuss how our investment approach would be applicable to your circumstances and furnish the basic information all investment advisers should provide. The focus in this meeting is on providing the information you need. We will ask that you bring to the initial meeting copies of existing portfolio or brokerage statements you have so that, if after learning about our investment approach you continue to be interested in working with us, you may leave a copy with us to review with you at a subsequent meeting.
  3. The next step is a new client meeting. At the meeting we will discuss in detail your goals and priorities and changes we propose to make to your portfolio so that we can begin the implementation process.
